The aim of this project is the research and educational communication interface using native third-party information systems with innovative voice usage and text implementation of selected business scenarios. The practical outcome will be its implementation of the first specific commercial solution, namely customer relationship management (CRM) applications. The main element of the solution will be a platform that integrates its own and adopted functions, technologies and infrastructures. NETWORG builds it on a unified semantic model and bulk packing (business logic/information systems modules).
